Pros: The building was beautiful, the services were on-site were good but we didn't avail. The housekeeping was excellent.

Cons: My only challenge was filling the bath with the shower hose as there was no tap!

Great location with a couple of gripes.

Pros: Good location to explore Porto over a four day break.

Cons: It’s subjective but the beds are very firm and we found them uncomfortable. It’s not the fault of the hotel but the noise coming from the cars, bikes, police and ambulances is a lot and reminded us of being in New York. One of the loudest is the local motor bikes which creates a noise hard to explain but can go on very late. I would book/request a room on the rear of the hotel to block out some of the noise.

Good view..

Pros: Very good view of the porto douro river, we booked the river view about 25€ more expensive in February. The rooms weren't very big but quite confortable l. Had coffee and tea with kattel, I liked that. But the stuff on the fridge was payable so be careful.

Cons: The pillows were two body pillows which were not very confortable. A bit expensive for the type of hotel it was 164€ for 2 nights with river view, in February.

Pros: The location is excellent, close to all and easy access to transportation. The hotel room is good size, very clean. Breakfast buffet has plenty to offer. Staff are helpful.

Cons: Don't have really, just wished breakfast is included.

Would recommend, nice hotel.

Pros: Central location, clean, comfortable room, plenty of places to eat in the area, close to the river, places of interest nearby, taxis opposite. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. But if you have mobility problems, let staff know so you can have a room close to the front of the hotel. It is a large hotel.
