Classy and with a perfect location.

Pros: It was a family gathering for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday. The staff were extremely welcoming and laid on some cake and bubbles as a surprise for her. Loved the location and the rooms and public areas were classy and well maintained.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Staff were all very helpful, very friendly and very nice to us. We would definitely come back again. Location was ideal. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons: Couldn't find much english tv, but that was a minor detail.

Exceptional Hospitality, Great Food and Comfy Rooms - what’s not to like!

Pros: The properties beautiful the staff are excellent and it was a pleasure to stay in a hotel where food and care of guests is a primary importance

Cons: The only thing I could say about the property as we just wish the coffee machine was around a little bit longer although we do understand that that is something that the hotel is exploring

Great hotel, very good breakfast.

Pros: The location was great, easy to get to and near to a lot of the things we wanted to see and do whilst in Porto. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The breakfast was also great, really good selection and very tasty. Room was great and bed was comfy.

Cons: Nothing to say that I didn't like, the hotel was great and so were the staff. Why do you need me to write so much about what was bad for the answer to count, the hotel was great, let me say that?!!!???

A perfect stay in Porto!

Pros: Great location, easy access to lots of sights and central. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Staff were great and helpful, we had a 30th birthday during a stay and we were met with a bottle, cakes and a card- a lovely touch! Would stay again and recommend to everyone.

Cons: Nothing.
