Pros: Great accommodation based on location, cleanliness, room, staff and the free washing machine and dryers.

Cons: The 3 o’clock check in but this seemed standard across Porto and Lisbon. They were very accommodating looking after luggage in a secure room outwith checking/out times.

More than just your usual hotel, this is an experience of how they should be.

Pros: Location was excellent being not far from the historic centre and big covered food market and Metro stops Trinidade and the even closer Aliados. The kitchen which I had access to, being on an extended stay, was very well equipped and great for meeting people. The social spaces are many and comfortable with table tennis and pool tables. The staff are eminently approachable, friendly and eager to help, and young. I love the whole concept of The Social Hub.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike, everything worked like clockwork. I had a flawless stay.

Great location, friendly personnel , well recommended

Pros: Personnel was super nice, location is great - everything at a walking distance, also metro and bus stations nearby , so can easier navigate within the city. Great breakfast variety - can choose from multiple options. Comfortable bed as well. Overall very nice stay, would comeback again.

Cons: Somehow I got room with sink outside the bathroom, which was strange (I don't see this in the booking pictures and the previous time I was here I got normal room).

Pros: Our stay was simply fantastic. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the centre. The staff is super friendly, amazingly helpful, and the way they work with clients is over any scales, I cannot praise them enough. This was one of the most relaxing stays I had in a while.

Cons: I am a coffee nerd and I am really disappointed with the coffee at the bar, it was sour and clearly under extracted. It’s frustrating when you start your day with a shot of acid. Please train your baristas, you have a fantastic facility ruined by a 1.50 € espresso, train them to dial in the coffee machine; coffee isn’t just a 'one set up for a million cups' deal.

Lovely stay

Pros: Very nice place, friendly staff. Room Was clean, bathroom was spacious, everything looked new and clean. Good location. We enjoyed our stay. 🙂
