Everything you expect from a 4 star hotel is there plus free airport transfer.

Pros: It has everything you expect from the 4 star hotel. Friendly staff, good quality breakfast, well equipped room. Free airport transfer is a great advantage. 15 minutes and you are there!

Birthday trip away

Pros: The staff were very helpful they realised that it was my birthday the day after we arrived and left a birthday cake for me. The hotel was within walking distance to the center.

We would go back and stay at Hotel Jaguar again

Pros: Great Stay!!! The best was def the bed, so confortable and spacious. The pillows were very good also. The staff was so nice and available. Good selection at breakfast. Location wise, it was good, very near Marques metro station and just 15 minute walk from rua santa catarina. Private parking included, which was so convenient. We had port wine as complementary welcome drink.

Great stay, cozy stylish hotel and excellent service

Pros: We stayed for two days and had a great experience. The airport transfer was very convenient, and even though we arrived early, we were checked in right away and still managed to have breakfast, which was very nice. The room had everything we needed — bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, fruit, water, and tea/coffee. The beds were very comfortable with clean white linen, and housekeeping was done daily. The hotel is small but stylish and cozy.

Cons: We did not notice any drawbacks and were very happy with our stay.
