What a find this hotel was .

Pros: Excellent location , short walk from all attractions and the river . Room was clean with fresh white bedding , lots of hot water in the bathroom , toiletries provided , excellent breakfast with fully cooked and continental , lots of fruit and cake , staff very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.

Pros: Location is good, in the center. But remember that Porto is constantly changing ups and downs, so proximity on the map does not mean easy access. For example, the train station is very close, but much lower. To the left there is a shopping street, to the right - to the Cathedral and the bridge. Our room was comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the square. The staff was attentive and helpful. There are restaurants nearby.

Location is good

Pros: Location is perfect. Bedroom is cleaned. Although the room is small, you get what you need. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is generally helpful.

Cons: The air conditioning was not working in the room I checked in. I requested to change a new room. The shower room (for one person bedroom) is tiny. Acoustic is so-so.

City center perfection!

Pros: Location, Location, Location... public transport a few steps away, and the best Francesinha in town is right next door. The staff is super friendly and attentive, specially at the breakfast room. The lobby is super welcoming and relaxing.

Pros: Very clean, good breakfast and the staff was friendly. They kept our luggage for 5 hours after check out so we can enjoy the city before our flight. The hotel is very well positioned, you can reach all Porto main attractions by foot, it is close to everything you need (stores, supermarket, Catarina street, cathedral of Porto, metro station)

Excellent value, good breakfast, great location

Pros: Excellent value. Ok sized rooms. Very convenient location for most of Porto and ok for airport metro. Good clean functioning bathroom. Excellent blackout curtains. Nice balconies on some rooms. Decent breakfast with just about enough choice and nifty fresh orange juice machine. Nice two (very small) lifts to go to other floors without a long wait. Encouraged to use stairs. Free water machine in reception. Really helpful staff. Nice decor.

Excellent stay

Pros: The location is great, Antonio makes great drinks in the evening. The room is super comfortable and cosy, everything is clean and tidy. Great selection f fresh fruits, coffee and pancakes are amazing.

Cons: If they have onsite restaurant, that would have been great.
