Wonderful accommodation with fantastic staff

Pros: Position was great and the property itself was just stunning and the breakfast was fantastic!

Cons: The noise at night and early morning from people walking past shouting and singing was a tad frustrating but through No fault of the hotel

Good Value. Nice Modern Hotel in a good location.

Pros: Location. Reception staff and Housekeeping Staff stood out. Left the hotel early and had a breakfast box prepared for us which was a lovely touch.

Cons: No Bar. Disappointing that had to sit in the Dining room to enjoy a drink.

Good hotel, great location, let down slightly by the poor service at one meal.

Pros: Nice room and good location for exploring the city. Front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. Most restaurant staff were also excellent but we did have one meal that didn't quite live up to the generally high standards of service, although the food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent.

Cons: - no coffee maker in the room (only Nescafe instant coffee), and the only coffee available on room service outside of restaurant hours was black espresso. - congested lifts in the morning meant having to call the lifts multiple times as they were all full. - slightly poor service in the restaurant on one occasion - only 3 main courses on the menu, and one was sold out. We had to ask twice for the wine, and when it arrived they tried to serve us something that was not what we ordered. Then they had to tell us that the wine we ordered was sold out.

Highly recommended, central location with good service.

Pros: It was very easy to reach anywhere from hotel. All touristic spots are at walking distance and public transportation is also very close. Sao Bento station is few minutes away. The room was very well organized and practical. It was also very clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very very good. It was the best way to start the day.
