Pros: The location was perfect, the staff really nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good

Pros: Great location and friendly staff. Smart, clean and comfortable.

Cons: We stayed for 3 nights and as coffee drinkers we used the Nespresso pods kindly provided in the room. We had expected the pods to be replenished by room service but was not the case and this was no oversight. I saw another guest ask for additional pods. It's just a very small thing but not to replenish the coffee in the rooms is really poor.

Pros: Warm comfortable place, with spacious rooms and a great convenient location. Staff is also very helpful

Cons: The breakfast spread can be changed over 7 days. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast food was the same daily... makes it boring

Nice hotel, but the room was disappointing.

Pros: Nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast was very good, and the team was friendly and helpful.

Cons: We stayed in Room 206, and unfortunately the room design was very problematic. The layout was strange and uncomfortable, with no real privacy, no proper bathroom or toilet separation, and the bed placed awkwardly in the middle of the room in an inefficient way. In addition, the bed itself was very small (1.40m instead of the expected 1.60m), which made it uncomfortable for two people. We asked to change rooms, but the hotel had no reasonable alternatives available—only smaller rooms—which was disappointing. Overall, I recommend avoiding this room. The hotel should reconsider and improve the design and layout to provide guests with a more comfortable and private experience.

Lovely stay, lovely hotel and perfect location

Pros: Hotel was very central, great locations for exploring. Hotel room was lovely for a couple with good facilities.

Cons: The location for breakfast was too small for size of hotel. It was very crowded and felt like you were sitting in top of other people. The breakfast itself was lovely.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Porto.

Pros: The location couldn't be better- just a short walk away from all the main attractions. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and friendliness, making me feel so welcome. Everyone was truly amazing during my stay. Breakfast each morning was truly great, with a fabulous selection of both hot and cold dishes beautifully presented. My room was stunning - comfortable, stylish and spotless. I honestly couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

Pros: Good location. Very handy for Sao Bento Station. Room very comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast a little overpriced at €13 pp. Charged me €18 twice for “tourist tax” and no refund as yet. I payed €26 for breakfast in cash but they tried to charge me again at checkout.
