Very pleasant

Pros: The receptionist was very welcoming and helped us make sure we didn’t miss any interesting places in Porto.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit old but worked fine. The shower curtain looked like it had quite a history!

Great Hotel with friendly staff.

Pros: The room had everything I needed for my brief stay in Porto and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons: It might be a little bit out of the city center but there were no issues getting taxis there and back. Also there are buses and the metro near by.

Pros: We had an issue with the shower, it was clogged up and it was impossible to shower. The staff / hotel immediatly sent a team of external professionals to fix the situation. Everything was perfect afterwards.

Cons: Door lock of the room was a bit dodgy, seemed to have been broken in the past but held up while we stayed there

Pros: For the price, the hotel and room met my expectation and it was worth it.

Cons: Upon leaving, I noticed that there was water spots next to the window indicating that there water is leaking into the room. This can potentially turn into mold which would be a serious health, respiratory, issue.
