Lovely hotel for a short trip

Pros: Super local to everything and only a short walk away from a big station so very easy to get around. Maxi was a lovely receptionist and super helpful with helping us plan our trip.

Fabulous place!

Pros: Fabulous hotel, great amenities, fantastic breakfast, very attentive staff. It’s a bit of a walk to the sights, but I would not stay anywhere else, it is worth every step. Plus an uber cost only €4 from the bridge :).

Cons: Nothing to fault, fantastic stay.

Wonderful hotel in a great location - highly recommend

Pros: The breakfast was fabulous, staff were so friendly and helpful, room was clean and hotel in a great location. 5 min walk from Trinidade Station, just under 3 euros from the airport. We ate in the rooftop restaurant, high quality food and wine and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Pros: The customer service was the best I have experienced in a hotel in recent years. Nothing was an issue everything was explained clearly and precisely.
