A good hotel

Pros: The hotel is very well located, you have the subway station nearby and you can also move easily. The staff was always very attentive, the facilities very clean.

The best hotel in Porto.

Pros: I had a truly wonderful stay here. The experience was impeccable from start to finish. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with a modern, yet cosy atmosphere. The receptionist Samara was a real highlight, she was incredibly efficient, welcoming, and attentive. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is perfect, being close to all major attractions. And the hotel lounge is simply superb! After my checkout, I was able to relax there for a while, and I genuinely felt at home. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a delightful, high-quality stay, without a single worry.

Fair place for the price, would probably book some where else next time

Pros: Walk into town from hotel is very nice, very modern and relatively comfortable, not expensive, nice staff

Cons: Wasnt told we were in 2 seperate rooms next to eachother as we had Booked a room for 4 people( 2 adults 2 kids), slightly complicated with all the smart appliances in the room, we were paying 90 euro per night wich was fine but decided against the 15 euro per head for breakfast, porto is beautiful and walking into town from the hotel we found a lot better value in eating and drinking

Wonderful experience and friendly staff

Pros: We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied with our experience. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent - very convenient for getting around and exploring the city. We would especially like to highlight the staff: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the woman at the reception who gave us a city map and took the time to explain which places are worth visiting. Thanks to her recommendations, our stay became even more enjoyable and memorable. We are truly grateful for such a warm welcome and would be happy to stay here again.

Comfortable stay with great location.

Pros: The hotel is inside the city and we could walk to the old town. The gym room is great for an exercise. The breakfast is delicious and I enjoyed toasting the bread. The room has different lighting colours to suit your mood. Snacks and bottle of water was also provided. The hotel also has its own parking with steep slope down to the carpark.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: The location was excellent, very close to the city centre. The room was very clean and the breakfast was nice with a variety. The staff were also lovely and very helpful. The hotel had very good facilities such as the gym and rooftop bar. I would stay again.

Cons: I wasn’t keen on the lighting in the room but that wasn’t a massive issue.
