Pros: Everything was great. I think that location was a bit away from the river. Breakfast was delicious!!!! Free parking space in the road during the weekend.

Highly recommendable hotel for a family stay in Porto.

Pros: We travel frequently, but this hotel stands out as one of the most memorable we have stayed in. First, the location could not be better: it is only a five-minute walk from the metro station, with a direct line from the airport. The hotel is centrally located, close to the main shopping areas, and within easy reach of most attractions. Second, the family suite is ideal for a family of four—parents with two adolescent children. The room is spacious, well-designed, and the beds are very comfortable. Third, the breakfast is excellent, offering a wide range of options, including eggs, ham, pastries, fruit, and more. We particularly enjoyed the local bread with chopped tomato and olive oil, as well as the apple and custard pies. Overall, this is a highly recommendable hotel for a family stay in Porto.

Cons: There was a small amount of mould on the bathroom ceiling, but it was a minor issue and did not affect our overall experience.

Pros: Nice hotel in a good central location, clean, comfortable big bed, good breakfast.

Cons: Would have enjoyed having fruit included among the breakfast selection.

Short stay, but with super valuable assistance

Pros: We spent less than 12 hours in this hotel because of the early flight, so even couldn't taste their breakfast. However, it was very convenient with excellent location, especially because our car rental agency was very close to drop the car off. However, what made us give them an excellent grade happened before. We booked it via booking.com, but by my mistake it was for wrong dates, and although it was non-refundable they agreed to change dates with the same price. When travelling, this kind of assistance is gold. Thanks again for meeting my request

Pros: Hotel Spot Family Suites exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the city center. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating — they even allowed us an early check-in since the room was already prepared. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would gladly return.

Pros: The room was superb and great value for money. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice and ticked all of the boxes. The staff were very friendly and efficient and dealt with all of our queries with a good manner.
