A beautiful waterfront stay with exceptional hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout.

Pros: The hotel is right on the waterfront, and our room had a beautiful view of the Luiz Bridge. The welcome plate of assorted sweets and a carafe of port wine was a lovely touch. The architecture is truly stunning, with a harmonious blend of modern design and historic features. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially when both of my daughters came down with a stomach bug and were sick for two days. Their care and attentiveness made a difficult situation much easier. The breakfast buffet is also worth mentioning. It offered a wide and varied selection, including local delicacies and healthy smoothies. There were many thoughtful details, such as a block of fresh honeycomb, which made the experience even more special.

Pros: Location was amazing, the staff were all so lovely and so attentive to everything you needed. The breakfast in the morning was unreal! And the bar in the evening was chilled and relaxing after a day of exploring

Pros: Excellent Location.. great customer service and great breakfast. Was taken by surprise when they gave us a cake & complimentary champagne for my husband's birthday

Cons: We didn't like the open toilet ( glass enclosed) toilet in ths bedroom -- it was the wierdest Though we specifically asked for a single king or queen bed they gave us two single beds 😞

Pros: At our arrival we were very warm welcomed by the frontdesk Staff. They were informative and kind.the service I call super.our room was facing the waterfront that was mega. Thx for the upgrade..breakfast was a great treat.polite hard working staff.the room was tidy and clean all in all a great experience. We certainly will go back🎄🎄👍 thamks a lot to the entire staff .

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed! They go above and beyond with gowns and slippers and they even noticed my birthday and organised a piece of cake for me!
