Fabulous stay at Artcore Porto

Pros: This hotel is full of free amenities from the spa to mini bar and a candy bar. Our room had a wonderful patio, hairdryer and hair straightener, safe, slippers, house coats, treats on the night table, a great shower and fun art throughout. Highly recommend.

Cons: I had to go home eventually.

Clean, modern hotel close to a good transit hub.

Pros: This hotel offered spacious rooms, modern decor, and a really good location. I didn't use the spa facilities during my stay, but I had the option to. Breakfast was good with a selection of cold cuts, breads, pastries, and fruits alongside a range of a la carte options.

Stunning hotel really new and we were well looked after.

Pros: The spacing the room we were at the top and although it didn’t have a view it was amazing the complimentary mini bar that was stocked every day was such a nice touch

Cons: We kept triggering something in the bathroom so would recieve a check up call but we don’t know what it was ?

The best care we’ve received at any hotel anywhere!

Pros: We LOVED everything! Exceptionally comfortable, clean and well-designed rooms; the free mini bar in the room; the spa (bring your bathing suit!); the lovely hotel bar; but most of all the staff who were so friendly, helpful and took such great care of us. Sadly we had to cut our stay short because my mum had an accident and we needed to return to the UK early. The front desk staff were so kind and arranged a refund for the two nights we couldn’t stay for. Completely unexpected but so greatly appreciated. We had already decided we would definitely choose Artcore Hotel for our next Porto stay but the level of care the staff showed us made clear this is a truly special hotel. Don’t hesitate - just book it!

Pros: The hotel personnel at the reception and in the bar/kitchen were very friendly, and they allowed us to check in early. They even gave us complimentary wine because it was our wedding anniversary — super sweet! The room was cleaned every day. The hotel is located just outside the old center in a quiet area. We had a very nice stay and are sure we will come back

Wish to stay again in this hotel

Pros: One can feel it is a new, modern hotel, well designed. The staff is friendly and very helpful, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast service was awesome. The minibar was free, which was a very nice surprise. There were some technical problems with the tv and the elevators, but the staff was helpful to find a solution, and we got even a nice compensation for the inconvenience. The location between the city center and the railway station, close to a metro station, was perfect to us, too.

Cons: Some details could be improved, functionality should come before design. I was missing hangers for wet clothes when entering the room on a rainy day. Also I wished to have more space like a bigger table to unpack my luggage. But still it was a comfortable stay.

Pros: Excellent property, stay, breakfast and overall very good stay

Pros: It definitely meets four-star standards and even feels closer to five stars. The staff is very friendly, and everything is done with style and real care for guests. I truly enjoyed my stay.
