Vintage value

Pros: The amazing vintage decor and lovely staff. Great location. The room itself was basic but as expected for the price and clean so no complaints. Only 1 plug socket. No kettle.

Excellent location and friendly staff!

Pros: Excellent location, close to São Bento station, walking distance to some points of interest. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean as well. Breakfast was simple, but it was delicious. The staff were polite and friendly (+1 to the staff serving breakfast, they were really friendly!). Regarding wifi, this is more an observation than a complaint - wifi disconnected several times. It wasn't a problem for me, because I was there for leisure, and I had mobile data, so it didn't bother me.

Cons: The room was a bit cold (I was there during winter) but the staff turned the heater on, so this is more an observation than a complaint.

Pros: Great location 24-hour front desk, the staff were mostly very nice. The whole Hotel would have been very majestic in its day . Classic old style Portuguese furniture, which was a delight. Close to the main shopping district.

Cons: The beds were ok but not really the most comfortable that I have slept in.

Pros: The location of the hotel was great so I covered alot of sightseeing on foot.

Cons: the censors in the bathroom. After a couple of minutes the lights turn off. I almost showered in sheer darkness.
