Great hotel, location perfect, friendly and helpful staff team, big spacious, well equipped and clean bedrooms

Pros: Clean, tidy, great location and friendly staff team

Cons: Nothing really apart from the coffee, very bitter and the mugs in bedrooms and at breakfast, they were like a builder’s tea cup ( not in keeping with the rest of hotel)

Elegant.

Pros: My room was spacious and spotless. Loved the huge modern bathroom too. Really comfortable altogether. I liked that it’s quite central to everything, well positioned.

Cons: I would’ve appreciated a USB charging port. They should consider modernising it for C type ports too.

Pros: Lovely rooms, good breakfast, but the lifts were broken and we were on the third floor! Not ideal!

Pros: The location is great. You can walk to most of the major destinations. The hotel is in good management. The room is clean and quiet. And there are complimentary snacks on the reception table for customers in the afternoon. I particularly like the Nata.

Cons: The sink area is integrated into the room with no door, and the toilet and shower use frosted glass.
