A true gem in the heart of the city
Pros: The location, the nearness of the metro, the style, friendly staff (two men and two women - Surya and Carla), breakfast.
Cons: It is a pity that there is no elevator for guests (there is one for the luggage, though). Everything else was just great.

A central location for this charming boutique hotel - suited to couples and adults, not recommended if you have young ch
Pros: Excellent location, fab decor and retro vibe - help with baggage on arrival was very much appreciated, very friendly reception.
Cons: Breakfast was somewhat chaotic - maybe guests could book time slots? Choices of food could also be a little better. Milk needed in bedroom so we can make tea. Otherwise was excellent!

Beautiful hotel with lots of character in the best location
Pros: The location is excellent, right opposite the Bolhao market. The room was so comfy, with a desk area and a kettle with complementary tea and coffee. The staff were all so kind, the hotel is beautifully decorated and the breakfast was amazing. It's a lovely hotel with lots of character, with a lovely lounge area too. I will definitely stay here again.
Cons: Some people might not like the stairs, but I didn't mind because they sent an email beforehand to tell me about the stairs and also the staff helped with my bag.

They turned what was supposed to be a quick overnight stay into a wonderful experience.
Pros: All the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. From carry our cases up and down the stairs to making breakfast a delightful experience, they were fabulous!

Pros: A lovely little hotel! Perfectly central. It’s an old house or multi‑storey apartment building that has been transformed into an 11‑room hotel. Very tastefully maintained and furnished. The breakfast is not particularly special by German standards, but it is sufficient and perfectly fine (after all, you don’t go to Porto to have breakfast at the hotel). The staff are very friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. Soraya and Carla were always there for the guests. By the way, on our departure day — since it was very early — they prepared lunch packages for us. And don‘t forget: you arrive on the Hotel and after the check in the personal offer you perfect port wine and explain you the main sides of the City to visit! In any case, the hotel is highly recommended.
Cons: Kein Fahrstuhl, war jedoch bekannt und persönlich nicht störend!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Porto. The facilities are very good and everything was clean and comfortable. The price was extremely reasonable for the quality offered, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety to start the day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. However, the best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their warmth truly made a difference and turned a great stay into an excellent one. The location is also perfect, close to everything and ideal for exploring the city easily. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto.

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel in a fabulous location.
Pros: We loved the excellent location. It is very convenient for all the city centre attractions and the Bolhão market. The staff were absolutely brilliant - so friendly and knowledgeable. We asked for recommendations for places to eat and they gave us some excellent tips. Thank you so much. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and spacious. We loved it.
Cons: There was really nothing we didn’t like. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but we asked for eggs and were given some lovely scrambled eggs which were tasty and freshly cooked to order. This was a really very minor point and didn’t affect our stay at all. Breakfast items were all fresh and home made so that was a positive point. It would have been nice to have some fresh juice.
