Outstanding customer service, definitely a place to return.

Pros: I arrived about ten minutes before the kitchen’s closing time and the chef told me it would no longer be possible to have lunch. The reception staff were excellent and recommended a very good restaurant about a ten-minute walk from the hotel. This minor misunderstanding was brought to the attention of the Director, who handled it with great professionalism and kindly offered dinner that evening free of charge at the hotel restaurant, thus reserving a table. This response is a clear example of a hotel managed with real attention to guests and their maximum satisfaction; this is indicative of a property dedicated to the luxury segment. My sincere thanks to the Director for treating a minor issue as a customer-service shortcoming, compensating accordingly, and ensuring I left fully satisfied. As a result, I will not only return to this hotel, but I will also recommend it to others. Also, prior to this event, I got non-asked, free room upgrade.

Cons: Although even in winter time, with outside temperature in the 16C range, the interior of the hotel was exceedingly hot. I wonder how this will play out in summer time, but I am sure this is due to the wooden interior and nothing that the A/C can't handle.

Pros: The hotel was beautifully decorated. It is also right next to the football stadium. The quality of the food at breakfast was very nice. Hotel was quiet and calm.

Cons: If staying in Porto for a city break, the hotel is a little far out. However, it is perfect if going to watch a football match.

Stayed for five days and I have to stay it wa amazing !!! Bonus 😝: it’s like 5-10min walk from ESTADIO DO DRAGAO 🥹

Cons: A bit far from the city center, but the Uber/Bolt is really cheap.

Pros: Looks very new. But no wifi on one of the night. Then front door cannot open , had to enter the hotel via garage door. Flushing system is down , cannot flush toilet But all the staff are very nice and helpful

Cons: Buffet breakfast is a mess. Maybe lots of people and make it out of control Next day, the tour is gone, looks like more presentable All the staff tried their best to organize in a decent way

Amazing! Definitely recommend!

Pros: The design of the hotel is beautiful, the theme wood is creatively allocated throughout all the hotel in such a fantastic way. The rooms are comfortable, modern and gorgeous.

Cons: I love my tea and my hot water, so a kettle in the room would be a nice touch. A better extractor in the bathroom. The main entrance door is too heavy, is majestic no doubt, but it needs to run smoothly, I would say.

Amazing place to stay in the winter time

Pros: Good location with a cosy atmosphere and a nice room. The breakfast variety was great and delicious. They also offered us free welcome drinks, thank you Mattheus for suggesting the port wine and for the joyful small talk.

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel looked even better IRL than it did in the photos online. As soon as I stepped into the reception, I was met with this spacious light and airy hotel whose interior designer(s) were intentional with its decor. There were lots of design elements of exposed wood/oak dotted around the reception that nodded to the name of the hotel making it instantly Instagrammable. I was also happy with the size of my room as well as the breakfast selection too (they had Mimosa!). I also liked the free drink for your stay and enjoyed a very lovely glass of Port. This hotel is very good value for money for what it is.

Cons: Not so much a dislike but one thing to note: the hotel is not as centrally located as I thought to the touristy part of Porto e.g. Dom Luis Bridge is about a 11 minute drive away and 40-50 minutes by foot but this is not really a negative as the hotel it located in a quiet area.
