Great stuff and room with all the necessary for some nights.

Pros: Staff really polite and helpful there were really kind. It’s a room with a little private kitchen with microwave enough for simple dishes and a private bathroom. Comfortable bed and they were able to keep our luggage before the check-in. It’s near to metro station Marquez.

Cons: Just a little noise in the door of the bathroom and walls with some scratches but nothing serious honestly it worth the price.

It was amazing

Pros: Clean and warm rooms, huge kitchen, tea, coffe machine, cookies and more. We didnt test the pool, so we have to come back at summer :D

Pros: Honestly I don't get why all these bad reviews and the low score, because the place is amazing, very clean, one of the cheapest, and the location is wonderful, I have never used any public transportation. The owner and the cleaning ladies are very kind. To be honest this is the best place I have been in Portugal so far. (It's been 10 months I'm travelling to Portugal). PS: from the room n.4 there is a beautiful view 😉

Pros: Wszystko było spoko. Świetna lokalizacja, nie trzeba mieć biletu na transport, bo wszystko w zasięgu spaceru.

Pros: Buena relación calidad - precio. Nos alojamos cuatro noches y dormimos muy bien. Muy buena ubicación. Las áreas comunes las conseguimos siempre limpias.

Pros: For the price of 26 € it is a good value - having a private room & kitchen rather than a dorm bed. All was reasonably clean, and it is nicely quiet although very central. Thank you !

Cons: The entry corridor is quite disgusting, and there are some smells downstairs (not in the room) from doves. Entry was difficult, key code didn't work.

Pros: Posizione molto comoda, check in autonomo, pulito, economico e accogliente, personale gentilissimo!

Cons: I bagni sono un po' piccolini ma non è stato un problema

Good location / cheap / solo traveler's great choice

Pros: The communication with the staff was amazing, we had an issue with the hot water for a day but they've managed to fix it as soon as possible. The staff was reaching out back to see if it's fixed and if all goes well and smoothly. The location was almost perfect as the main part of the city is just near to it. I'd say that the price I paid for this booking is good and normal if you compare it to many other places which would not give you much more (or even the same or less).

Cons: Facilities are not great in the room. The rest of the place is just where it needs to be (I'd not touch or change anything). Not sure if anyone else reported issues with the hot water during a stay, but if yes, then it's something that needs to be considered in the process of booking this property.

Estadia maravilhosa, voltarei mais vezes.

Pros: Estadia boa e tranquila, lugar confortável e limpo.

Cons: Nada que não tenha gostado.

Pros: Apartamento equipado. Boa organização. Tudo muito limpo e cuidado. A repetir, seguramente!

Cons: Nada a apontar!
