Pros: Comfortable simple clean apartment in the center of Porto

People extremely friendly and helpful! Very nice room ! I will take this hotel again .

Pros: They helped me a lot immediately . Location perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very good.

Cons: Not for old people a lot of stairs , no elevator.

Pros: A spacious apartment in a perfect location. Windows and the balcony are the highlights.

Cons: Lots of noise from the outside in late night (until 00:30) and starting early morning (05:30?). Litter bins are located just outside, so the trucks coming in to empty them make tons of continuous never-ending noise in very early hours. Had an impression they've been emptying the bins, filling them up again and emptying again in a loop - that's how annoying it was.

Pros: Extremely clean and tidy, simple but felt luxurious

Lovely central no frills spot to enjoy Porto

Pros: The location was amazing - unfortunately there are roadworks for the metro but it’s super close to the river and the squares in the heart of the old town. The room size is large and the air con good.

Cons: I knew about the stairs but it doesn’t have a lift so be ready to take your luggage up stairs. Also the WiFi was really patchy but we used data so was fine. It doesn’t have coffee/tea /milk but is close to stores and the fridge works well. We loved the communication and how quick and helpful the staff were when we had airplane issues and cancellations. We also ordered a ride from the airport and the driver was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable with easy access

Pros: The room was comfortable and suited my needs for my stay

Cons: There was no cutlery at all in the apartment. Not ever a teaspoon for me to have my yogurt. I bought a spoon and unfortunately left it behind.

We had a wondeeful time in Porto. The location was central and an easy walk to most places

Pros: Location was fantastic, although difficult to access when we arrived with a car and luggage The room was clean and quiet.

Cons: The check in process was a bit confusing. We did not realize that the room was not on a street accessible by a vehicle.

Pros: The location is pretty central. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The air conditioner worked well. The small balcony was a plus.
