A functional, well located, rest stop.

Pros: The conversion of the building into a guest house seemed to have been carried out with a good understanding of the hotel trade, and aesthetically is very pleasing. Although a tiny guest house, there is a lift. Breakfast was a good surprise, with a lovely member of staff serving.

Cons: The room, and the whole building, is very tiny (although comfortable and well converted). But why is the blind between the bedroom and the bathroom controlled from the bedroom side?? It didn't concern me, travelling alone on this trip, but may concern others. The minimalist sign identifying the building could be made more obvious.

Pros: It was lovely and quiet because we were at the back of the building....but that meant no street views/fresh air breeze. We only used it to sleep cuz Oporto is beautiful we wondered around all day. The hotel is perfectly located and we'll definitely be back!! Lovely breakfast too with a sweet young woman who attended to our needs. Thank you very much for the little getaway.

A great city stay and felt very welcomed and safe.

Pros: I had a great stay at Ribeiredge Guest House in September 2025. The owner and staff so welcoming and helpful and the location made it possible to visit many sites in the 4 days I stayed in Porto. I had a great room on the second floor with two balconies, all very comfortable and clean and a great breakfast. Tammy, the manager was so helpful with questions and advice about the city. I highly recommend the Guest House and would stay there again if I was able to.

Cons: I wish I could have stayed longer!

This B&B is very cute and is in a great location just up from the river.

Pros: This B&B is very cute and is in a great location just up from the river. There is really good resturants nearby, lovely food and wine. Very good location to explore Porto from. Also we got breakfast in the cost of the room. The receptionist was very helpful and let us leave our bags, as we were early and they were in our room when we got back. There is also a lift in this B&B which is great for moving your bags about.

Cons: Nothing really, it was a real pleasant surprise how lovely this little place is. But the bathroom did smell a bit damp.

Great little stay, had everything we needed and the person who I spoke with was extremely helpful and informative

Pros: How close we were to everything! It was a quick trip but loved seeing the sights and having our room so close

Cons: There was a mould smell coming from the corner with the chair in it … not too strong, but noticed it as soon as we walked in

Great accommodation for a short stay in Porto!

Pros: Great accommodation for a short stay in Porto. Perfect location for exploring. Easy parking in Alfendega car park, a short walk away and reasonable price. Room was small, but light and airy with nice balcony to open up. Check in was over the phone, but good communication from the host!

Cons: Very small shower. No fridge despite minibar being advertised.

Very central for Porto, no car needed just some energy to get up and down the narrow streets.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and had all you needed for a few days break. Breakfast was great served to you by a wonderful member of staff.

Nice, clean, compact accommodation for a reasonable price

Pros: Good location, compact but everything you need. It has a lift, a lot of smaller properties don’t.

Cons: Only criticism really is that there was no hot food for breakfast. Normally bare minimum would be toast and eggs.
